Day 1
London to Delhi
Depart London Heathrow for your overnight Jet Airways flight to Delhi.

Day 2
Arrival in Delhi
Arrive Delhi where you are transferred to your hotel. Stay at The Claridges Hotel for two nights. Afternoon is then at leisure to relax after your flight.

Day 3
Tour of Delhi
Today you are taken on a full day guided tour of Old & New Delhi seeing sights such as the Jama Masjid Mosque and Red Fort, as well as Qutab Minar tower and the Tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. (B)

Day 4
Delhi to Varanasi
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Varanasi, one of Hinduism's seven holiest cities. This afternoon travel to Sarnath, where Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. At sunset witness the Aarti ceremony at the Ghats – a beautiful ceremony in which prayers and diyas (oil lamps) are offered to God. Overnight at the Taj Ganges in Varanasi. (B)

Day 5
Varanasi to Khajuraho
Morning boat ride on river Ganges followed by a walk in the old lanes and a city tour. Afternoon flight to Khajuraho, famed for its temples and erotic sculptures. Overnight at Grand Temple View. (B)

Day 6
Khajuraho to Agra
This morning, visit the magnificent carved temples of Khajuraho. Later drive to Jhansi Railway Station (4 hrs) to connect with the train to Agra where you will spend two nights. En route visit Orchha, the hidden jewel of Bundela Dynasty. (B)

Day 7
Visiting Agra
Early morning start today with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. After breakfast visit some of Agra's other major sights including the Red Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daulah (or Baby Taj). (B)

Day 8
Agra to Jaipur
Optional extra early morning sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Later this morning drive to Jaipur (5½ hrs). En route, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted city of Akbar, a world heritage site before continuing to Jaipur, arriving at Jal Mahal Palace late this afternoon where you will stay for two nights. Rest of your day is at leisure. (B)

Day 9
Jaipur
Full day guided tour of Jaipur including the Maharaja's City Palace, the Amber Fort, the Jantar Mantar Observatory and other key
sights in the city. The afternoon is free to relax. (B)

Day 10
Jaipur to Udaipur
Morning flight to Udaipur. Set amidst the Aravalli Hills of south Rajasthan, Udaipur is a beautiful city regarded as one of the most romantic in India. Spend the afternoon sightseeing the City Palace, the 17th century Jagdish temple and other sights followed by an evening boat ride on Lake Pichola. Stay at Grand Laxmi Niwas Palace for two nights. (B)

Udaipur
Day at leisure to relax. (B)

Day 12
Udaipur to Mumbai
Fly to Mumbai and transfer to The Lalit Intercontinental for your two night stay. (B)

Day 13
Sightseeing in Mumbai
Enjoy guided sightseeing of this bustling seaport and important gateway of India. (B)

Day 14
Mumbai to London Return
Return flight to London with Jet Airways. (B)
